The Fathers' 3-10 app is a service of the Best Company of the World Ltd. (BCW), a General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliant company in the EU. This privacy policy applies whenever you use the Fathers' 3-10 mobile app.

As a general governing principle, we do not collect any personal data from you unless you optionally choose to provide that information. Your personal information is never shared with anybody.

Definitions of Terms Used

"Fathers' 3-10", "Best Company of the World", "BCW", "we", "us": these terms all equally refer to the Best Company of the World, Ltd.

Personal Data We Collect

Information about you that you optionally provide us when you customize your account are your full name, birth date, email address, and password. Your full name is used as a label for your account. It may be seen by other users who you invite to the app. Your birth date is used for statistical purposes to understand the demographics of our users. Your email address is used as a unique identifier of your account, it is part of your login credentials and is where all our email communication to you is sent. It may be seen by users you invite to use the app. Your password is part of your login credentials. It is stored in an encrypted format that nobody, even we, can decrypt or thus read.

To further customize your account, you may optionally provide the given names, birth dates and genders of your children. Given names are used as labels for your children's accounts to enhance the user experience. Birth dates are used for statistical purposes to understand the demographics of our users' children. Genders are used for demographics and to enhance the visuals of the user experience.

You might also optionally provide personal data in the lesson feedbacks you store in the app. We don't use this data at all. We just save it for you, and make it available to you for your own reference.

We record and store your IP address and device information to better understand the demographics of and technologies used by our users.

Children Under the Age of 13

Our mobile app is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not provide any information in our mobile app.

Who Has Access to Your Data

Your password is not accessible by or shared with anybody. Not even we can access it. It is stored in an inaccessible encrypted format. None of the information entered by you is shared with anybody, except your name and email address that may be seen by users you choose to invite to the app.

Only you can edit and delete any of the data you entered. In the event you explicitly instruct us to edit or delete any of your data, we may do so on your behalf.

Third Parties

We physically store all the data we collect on secure servers at GoDaddy Inc. Being the fundamental hardware provider for our services, GoDaddy has the technical capability to access any of our stored data, but under what circumstances they may do so is very strictly limited by law, their legal agreements and policies at https://www.godaddy.com/legal/agreements.

Cookies, Tracking Images And Other Technologies

We do not use our own cookies or tracking images to track you.

We partner with Google Analytics to allow tracking technologies in our mobile app in order to analyze and track the usage of our services, determine the popularity of certain content, understand the demographics of and technologies used by users, and better understand online behavior. We do not transfer any personal information to Google, and we encourage you to review their privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Data Retention

When you delete your account, we do not immediately remove your personal data. Instead, we retain it for up to 30 days to troubleshoot technical issues or resolve problems related to your account; to allow you to restore your account if you change your mind during this period; and to comply with our legal obligations, including investigating fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or responding to valid requests from law enforcement or other competent authorities. After the 30-day retention period expires, your personal data is permanently deleted or anonymized so that it can no longer be associated with you. We may retain IP addresses and device information for troubleshooting purposes, and to better understand the demographics of and technologies used by our users.

Business Transfers, Combinations and Related Activities

As we develop our company, we might donate, sell or restructure the company or its assets. In the event of any sale, merger, reorganization, restructuring, dissolution or similar event involving our company or its assets, personal data may be part of the transferred assets.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any complaints regarding our compliance with this privacy policy, you should first contact us. We will investigate and attempt to resolve complaints and disputes regarding use and disclosure of personal information in accordance with this privacy policy. If you have an unresolved privacy or data use concern that we have not addressed satisfactorily, please contact a Christian mediation and arbitration organization.

Future Changes to the Privacy Policy

This privacy policy may be updated periodically and without prior notice to you to reflect changes in our services or to satisfy legal requirements. The date of the last update will be prominently published in the first paragraph of the privacy policy on our website and in the mobile app. Any changes to our privacy policy will become effective upon posting of the revised privacy policy on our website. Use of our mobile app and/or providing consent to the updated privacy policy following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised privacy policy then in effect.
